Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Draft pending a legal review before we start selling. Everything below reflects how the service actually works.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and Skybreak Studio ("Skybreak," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to them, and when you buy a service you confirm again at checkout that you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy before any payment is taken. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to.
What Skybreak is
Skybreak is a content agency for short-form video. We sell a one-time Creator Content Audit and offer content and social services to businesses. We give you our honest, experienced professional read. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — more views, followers, revenue, or growth. What you're buying is expert analysis and recommendations, not a promised result.
The audit
The Creator Content Audit is a one-time purchase delivered as a written report and a recorded video walkthrough. It's paid in full at checkout, before work begins. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your report and walkthrough are yours to keep for personal and business use.
The turnaround shown at checkout is our target, and the clock starts once you've sent us everything we need. If we're waiting on material from you, or something outside our control gets in the way, that time doesn't count against it. To do the audit we need you to send accurate information and the material we ask for; if we can't get what we need to do the work, we'll say so.
The audit is a single, self-contained deliverable. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if it's something we can't properly help with — and if we do before delivery, we'll refund you in full.
Business services
Business engagements are scoped and agreed by email before any money changes hands. Nothing is charged until you have a plan and a price you've agreed to. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, custom work is billed as a 50% deposit before we start and the remaining 50% on delivery.
Refunds and cancellation
You can get a full refund any time before work on your audit begins. Once your audit has been delivered, it isn't refundable — it's custom work produced specifically for you and can't be returned. The fee is the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase. For business engagements, the deposit covers work already scoped and started and is non-refundable once we begin; anything else is handled as agreed in your engagement email.
Your responsibilities
When you send us material, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. Don't misuse the site — no attempting to break, scrape, or interfere with it. Keep the information you give us accurate.
Who owns what
The words, layout, and branding on this site are ours. What we make for you as part of a paid service — your report, your walkthrough, your deliverables — becomes yours to keep and use once it's paid for in full. Until then it stays ours. The material you send us stays yours; you're just letting us use it to do your work.
No warranties, limited liability
The site and our services are provided "as is." We give you our honest professional read; as above, we cannot and do not guarantee a specific business outcome. To the fullest extent the law allows, Skybreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Indemnification
If a claim comes against us because of material you sent us or your misuse of the site or services, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Things outside our control
We're a small team. If something beyond our reasonable control gets in the way — illness, an outage at a service we depend on, or another event we couldn't prevent — we may need extra time to deliver, and we won't be liable for the delay. If it means we can't deliver at all, we'll refund any work not yet delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. For anything material, continued use after the change means you accept the update. Questions: contact@skybreak.studio.
