The short version

Full refund before we start. No refund once your audit is delivered. That's it. The rest of this page just explains why and covers the details.

The Creator Content Audit

You pay in full at checkout, before any work begins. If you change your mind before we've started on your audit, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hassle.

Once we've delivered your audit — the written report and the video walkthrough — it isn't refundable. It's custom work made specifically for you, based on your channel and your material. Like any made-to-order deliverable, it can't be returned once it's in your hands.

This isn't a guarantee of a specific result. The audit is our honest professional read and our recommendations; what you do with them, and how they land, is up to you and your audience. If something in your order went wrong on our end, tell us — we'll make it right.

Business services

Custom business work is billed as a 50% deposit before we start and the rest on delivery. The deposit covers work we've scoped and begun, so it's non-refundable once we start. Anything beyond that is handled exactly as agreed in your engagement email before the work begins.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card, it can take a few business days to appear.
