Who we are

Skybreak Studio is a content agency for short-form video. We sell a Creator Content Audit and offer content and social services to businesses. This policy covers this website, skybreak.studio, and the services we provide through it. Questions about your privacy: contact@skybreak.studio.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact or business form, we collect your name, email, and message. If you buy an audit, we collect your email, your channel or handles, and the material you send us for the audit.

What's collected automatically. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is normal web-server activity used to run and secure the site. We do not add any analytics or tracking of our own on top of it.

Payment. When audit checkout goes live, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and you do not need an account to browse this site.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use them. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or third-party trackers. There is nothing to consent to because there is nothing tracking you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver the service you bought, and to run the business. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — hosts the site.
• Resend — delivers the email that carries your form message to us.
• Stripe — processes payment when audit checkout is live.

We may also share information if the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with us.

Client material for the audit

Anything you send us for your audit is used to produce your audit and for nothing else. It is never published, shared, or used in marketing without your explicit permission, and it is kept privately only as long as needed to deliver and stand behind your audit. If you want it deleted after delivery, email us and it is done.

How long we keep it

Form messages and audit material: only as long as we need them to reply, deliver, and stand behind the work, then we remove them. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and rotate out automatically. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email contact@skybreak.studio and we'll take care of it.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under laws like the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA — including the right to access, delete, and correct your data, and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We honor these requests the same way, for everyone. We do not sell or share your personal information as those laws define it.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults running or growing a business or channel. They are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
